Complaints procedure

As a general practice we want to carry out our work as professionally as possible and we think it’s very important you trust us. Of course it can occur you don’t have a good feeling about the contact with our practice. For example, you may think you are not being taken seriously or you can’t reach the practice well. We want to know as quick as possible, so we can discuss it with you and learn from it.

You can submit your complaint or comment by turning directly to one of our employees. One of our employees will follow up your complaint as fast as possible.
